2024-2025 ASES After School Care Registration

ASES Program

The 2024-2025 Expanded Learning Program Application Form is now available! Please complete a SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR EACH STUDENT in your household.  The program will serve grades TK-6th in 2024-2025. 

March 15: Registration opens.

March 15 – April 30: Any students who apply during this time will be in Group #1 and are guaranteed a spot in program on the first day of school. Program Managers will confirm enrollment with families in this group during May.

To report your student’s absence, please complete this web form or call the office at (916) 395-4790.

Read each option thoroughly and select the reason that best describes your student’s absence. Please note that office staff may call to verify as necessary.

Allow 1-2 school days for attendance to be processed.

THANK YOU for helping your student attend as often as possible in order to stay on track. Attendance MATTERS!

 If you would like to request homework, please email your teacher directly.

Kindergarten Enrollment

Kindergarten Registration for 2023-2024

To be eligible to register for kindergarten for the Fall, children must be five years old on or before September 1, 2023.  

Children that turn five years old September 2, 2023 through April 2, 2024, have the opportunity to enroll in one of our Transitional Kindergarten (TK) programs. Information on TK registration will be available later in 2023.
